You've been a busy boy. Did you wait til the older ones could look after the younger ones? We tried that but our 5 year old is refusing to be a parent :)

He did well to make it that far.

He was mad as a cut snake but still better to watch than all the snooker player of his era (and possibly this one too) roled into one.

Any truth to the rumour that he took a bung to roll over? I imagine that would be the way Hurricane would have liked to go out.

Ronnie "I can even beat you with my left hand" O'Sullivan is the one for me.

Another 7 more dog years BD!

Cheers for yesterday.

This is right, BD. I did hear the next day that the initial phone call telling of his demise was premature, but didn't want to put anything in here for fear of jinxing things. Both his parents and his partner gave up on him on that Friday morning, but the recalcitrant bastard keeps proving them wrong.

Two weeks tonight it is since the accident, and the word today is that he has shown slight improvement. Should he recover, the big worry of course, is just how much brain injury he has - he has had parts of it removed, I hear.

Still, while there is life, there is hope, and this seems to be growing.

Unfortunately he lost his battle today. Did'nt know him personally but everyone seemed to have a good word for him.

Yeah.:(

It may well be for the best (considering how much brain injury he had suffered). Dean died this morning.

You're right, BD - in the 12 years that I knew Dean, I hadn't heard one bad word about said about him. There sure isn't very many people I could say that about.
